Description

Microdroplet generator to partition single cells and to barcode RNA/DNA using the 10x Genomics Next GEM technology.

Principle

In disposable cartridges, cell suspensions and Next GEM reagents are partitioned in microdroplets and merged. This in order to have thousands of microdroplets containing both a cell and a GEM to barcode the biomolecule (RNA/DNA) of interest.
