Description
Microdroplet generator to partition single cells and to barcode RNA/DNA using the 10x Genomics Next GEM technology.
Principle
In disposable cartridges, cell/nuclei suspensions and Next GEM reagents are partitioned in microdroplets and merged. This in order to have thousands/millions of microdroplets containing both a cell/nucleus and a GEM to barcode the biomolecule (RNA/DNA) of interest.
