Description
Microchip electrophoresis device that enables speedy qualification of DNA samples of up to 6Kb in size.
Principle
Separation of biomolecules (DNA/RNA/protein) over a polymer in a microcapillary (lab-on-chip). Detection occurs through LED-laser excitation of a biomolecule-specific dye.
