This device enables Optical Genome Mapping (OGM) of up to 12 samples (1 sample/chip) simultaneously.

Principle

By fluorescent labeling of a 6 base sequence tag and linearizing Ultra Long DNA in nanochannels, the spacing between these tags can be inferred and used to identify (large) structural variations.
