Remarks
Mainly used for expression analysis. Convenient workflow due to the automated washing and staining on the Fluidics stations and the carrousel for the automated loading of up to 48 arrays. The flexibility of 1 sample/array is a benefit.
Lowest operational cost while generating high quality and consistent fragmentation results. Our preferred instrument for e.g. ChIPseq experiments.
