The instrument(s) listed below are relevant in context of this test :
10x Genomics Chromium X
Microdroplet generator to partition single cells and to barcode RNA/DNA using the 10x Genomics Next GEM technology.
AATI Fragment Analyzer
Capillary electrophoresis device that enables qualification and quantification of (genomic) DNA samples, but also RNA samples.
Bionano Stratys
This device enables Optical Genome Mapping (OGM) of up to 12 samples (1 sample/chip) simultaneously.
Covaris M220
Low throughput DNA fragmentation device (single tube). High quality fragmentation results, but costly tubes required.
Formulatrix Mantis
Automated liquid handler, requiring virtually no plastics/tips. It dispenses (incrementally) droplets of 0,1 or 0,5 µl for the Low volume chip and 1 or 5 µl droplets for the High volume chip. It is solely used to pipette reagents (virtually no 'dead volume') and not biological samples.
Illumina MiSeq
Our lowest capacity short reads sequencer, able to generate reads up to 300 bp in length and this at a throughput of 1M to 30M reads per run.
10x Genomics Controller
Microdroplet generator to partition single cells and to barcode RNA/DNA using the 10x Genomics Next GEM technology.
Affymetrix GeneChip 3000
Medium throughput SNP array device, where 48 samples (1 sample/genechip) can be processed simultaneously per run.
Caliper LabChip GX Touch
Microchip electrophoresis device that enables speedy qualification of DNA samples of up to 6Kb in size.
Diagenode BioRuptor Pico
Medium throughput (6 - 12 samples) DNA fragmentation device resulting in high quality fragmentation results using low cost plastics.
Gilson Platemaster P220
Manual 96-channel air-displacement pipette from Gilson to manipulate large sample quantities in 96 or 384-well plates. As it is a manual pipette, it is highly versatile in usage in lab.
Illumina NovaSeq 6000
Our highest capacity short read sequencer. This device can generate reads up to 250 bp in length (on the SP flowcell) and generate up to 10B reads per flowcell (S4).

Remarks
Lowest operational cost while generating high quality and consistent fragmentation results. Our preferred instrument for e.g. ChIPseq experiments.
High quality and consistent fragmentation results and - using the miniTUBES - has the potential to generate fragments ranging from 2000 to 5000 bp. Currently, mostly used for the TruSight Oncology 500 (TSO500) experiments.
As the highest capacity short read instrument in our portfolio, it is the cheapest/base. Whole Human Genomes at 30x coverage are possible at prices around 500€. The system is highly flexible in run configuration and can sequence 'dark bases' on demand (eg. to circumvent unwanted polyA tails or tags/primersequences introduced during library prep). The DNBSEQ-T7 can sequence 4 flow cells simultaneously.
